Bherva provides tools designed to help businesses communicate, automate workflows, and manage infrastructure responsibly. This policy exists to protect users, Bherva, and the broader internet ecosystem from misuse.

You may use Bherva services only for:

  • Customer support, communication, automation, and internal workflows
  • Storage and management of files you own or are authorized to use
  • Cloud support and consultancy activities agreed upon with Bherva

You must not use Bherva services to engage in or support any of the following:

3.1 Illegal or Harmful Activities

  • Fraud, scams, or deceptive practices
  • Distribution of malware, ransomware, or harmful code
  • Unauthorized access to systems or data

3.2 Abuse, Harassment, or Harmful Content

  • Content involving minors

3.3 AI Misuse

You must not:

  • Use AI-generated content to impersonate individuals or organizations
  • Generate misleading, false, or deceptive information presented as fact
  • Use voice AI to mimic real individuals without proper consent
  • Deploy AI in ways that intentionally deceive end users

3.4 Voice & Communication Misuse

For Selira Voice AI:

  • You are responsible for obtaining required consent for call recording
  • You must comply with local telecommunication and recording laws
  • You must not use voice services for spam, robocalls, or harassment

3.5 Data & Privacy Violations

You must not:

  • Upload or process data you do not have rights to
  • Store or transmit sensitive personal data without authorization
  • Violate privacy or data protection laws

3.6 Platform Abuse

You must not:

  • Attempt to bypass security controls
  • Reverse engineer or exploit the platform
  • Interfere with service availability or performance
  • Use automated systems to overload the platform

4. BS3 Storage Usage

BS3 is a local storage solution.

Users are responsible for:

  • The content stored on their hardware
  • Network access controls and permissions
  • Compliance with applicable laws regarding stored data

Bherva does not monitor or manage user content stored locally.

5. ACloudBox Support Usage

ACloudBox provides case-based support.

Users must:

  • Provide accurate and complete information
  • Avoid requesting assistance for illegal or unethical activities
  • Maintain responsibility for final implementation decisions

6. Enforcement

Bherva may take action if this policy is violated, including:

  • Warnings
  • Temporary suspension
  • Termination of access
  • Reporting to legal authorities if required

Actions are taken at Bherva's discretion and based on severity.

7. Reporting Violations

If you become aware of misuse or violations, you may report them through Bherva's official contact channels.
