7. BS3 Storage Services

BS3 is a local storage solution designed to operate within user-controlled environments.

You are responsible for:

• Hardware maintenance
• Network security
• Data backups (unless explicitly agreed otherwise)

Bherva is not responsible for data loss resulting from hardware failure, misconfiguration, or local network issues.

8. ACloudBox Services

ACloudBox provides case-based cloud support and consulting.

• Services are provided on a best-effort basis
• No guaranteed response times unless explicitly agreed in writing
• No long-term commitments unless contractually specified

Outcomes may vary depending on system complexity and external dependencies.

9. Consultancy Services

AI Consultancy services are advisory in nature.

• Recommendations are based on available information
• Implementation decisions remain the client's responsibility
• Bherva does not guarantee specific business outcomes or ROI

10. Fees & Payments

If you purchase paid services:

• Fees will be communicated clearly before engagement
• Payments are non-refundable unless stated otherwise
• Taxes are the responsibility of the customer
• Failure to pay may result in service suspension

11. Service Availability

We strive to keep Services available but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation.

Bherva may:

• Perform maintenance
• Suspend access for security or legal reasons

12. Termination
